1.Drink Plenty Of Water
Drink more water and skip soda,cold drinks and fruit juices. Eight glasses of water is a good amount to make habit of everyday but the amount of water your body requires is really based on your weight.
Tips: Add lemon or limes to your water and drink wherever you feel like drinking to get some flavour.
2.Cut down your Intake Of Food:
It is suggested that it's better to eat four or five small meals with moderate portions throughout the day than to have two or three large meals. So that you won't feel more hungry while having your meals.
Tips:keep healthy snacks with you when you're going out like fruit, nuts, or granola bars and avoid outside food.
3.Eat More Veggies and Fruits:
Eat fruits and vegetables every day which will make you feel and avoid to take fattening food. Cut and keep the fruits so that you won't feel lazy to do it when you feel hungry.
4.Avoid Drinking alcohol:
Drinking alcohol means getting calories. Even if you're in the habit of having just a few drinks a week, cutting back on alcohol can save you hundreds of calories in the end.
5.Last But Not The List :Exercise
Thirty minutes of exercise a day will do wonders to boost your energy and kick-start the calorie burning process. Walk to the near by grocery store, take the stairs at work.
